Refund Policy

At Mindfulnest Solutions Ltd, we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while recognising the time and resources that go into preparing our services.

Training, Workshops & Coaching

• 21+ days before the session: Full refund (minus any non-refundable costs such as venue hire).

• 7–21 days before the session: 50% refund.

• Less than 7 days before the session: No refund.

• You may transfer your place to another delegate free of charge if notified in advance.

Business Support & Consultancy Services

• Where services are booked on an hourly or project basis, refunds will only apply to unused, pre-paid hours.

• Work already delivered is non-refundable.

Cancellations by Us

• If we need to cancel or postpone a session, you will be offered a transfer to a new date or a full refund.

• We are not responsible for any additional costs you may incur (e.g. travel or accommodation).

How to Request a Refund

• All refund requests must be made in writing via email to: mindfulnestsolutions@gmail.com.

• Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of confirmation.
