
Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings with Mindfulnest Solutions Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By making a booking, you agree to the following:
Bookings and Payments

Bookings must be made in writing (via email, booking form, or online system).

An invoice will be issued upon confirmation.

Payment terms are 14 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Bookings are only secured once payment (or a purchase order number, where applicable) has been received.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing.

Cancellations made more than 21 days before the event: full refund (minus any non-refundable costs).

Cancellations made 7–21 days before the event: 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event: no refund.
-
If you are unable to attend, you may nominate a substitute delegate at no additional charge.

Changes by Us

In the unlikely event we need to amend, postpone, or cancel a booking, we will notify you as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to offer an alternative date, trainer, or full refund.

We are not liable for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by the client.

Client Responsibilities

For on-site training or workshops, the client must provide a suitable venue, facilities, and equipment as agreed in advance.

The client is responsible for ensuring delegates behave respectfully and in line with our safeguarding policies.

Where applicable, delegates must attend the full session to receive certification.

Confidentiality & Data Protection

We will treat all personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

Training sessions may not be recorded or reproduced without prior written consent.

Liability

We will deliver services with reasonable skill, care, and professionalism.

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in question.

We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential losses.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in delivering services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g. illness, strikes, weather, pandemics).

Governing Law
-
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Additional Terms and Conditions may apply for accredited training offers such as Mental Health First Aid and will be shared at time of enquiry.
